For some time, Da-Lite has been concerned with the lack of young, new talent entering the industry. Da-Lite, along with many other companies, attributes this to a lack of awareness of the opportunities in the AV industry with those entering college. The broad range of opportunities in this industry include a wide variety of sales, technical, management, manufacturing, construction and other related jobs in companies large and small. Being able to take the knowledge gained through education and combine it with experience in such a dynamic industry makes for a very satisfying career. Da-Lite is committed to raising the awareness of the audio visual industry among those that could have such a powerful impact.

At InfoComm this year, Da-Lite announced a contribution of $10,000 to the Michael Vergauwen Education Fund. Da-Lite's contribution, along with more than 25 other companies, have now raised in excess of $125,000!
