Da-Lite Featured Solution: Pro-Imager Masking and Imager Screen

Da-Lite offers a wide variety of masking systems to provide the most elegant solutions for multi-aspect ratio projection environments. Two of those masking systems comprise Da-Lite's featured solution this week; the Pro-Imager Vertical and Horizontal Masking Systems, paired with the Imager fixed frame projection screen.
The Pro-Imager Vertical Motorized Masking System is designed for masking NTSC video format to accommodate HDTV or Letterbox formats and the Horizontal Masking System is designed for masking HDTV or Cinemascope formats to NTSC format. The Masking fabric will mask the screen equally from the top and bottom or each side and opens and closes symmetrically for smooth operation in critical viewing environments.
The combination of the Pro-Imager Horizontal or Vertical Masking System with the Imager fixed frame projection screen provides an exceptional multi-aspect ratio projection solution.
The Imager front projection screen is available in sizes from 60" to 150" diagonal in video format, 77" to 159" diagonal in HDTV format and 96" to 148" diagonal in Cinemascope format and mounts to the rear of a black powder-coated frame. When used with the Pro-Imager Vertical or Horizontal Masking System, the frame is concealed behind the Pro-Trim® finished frame of the Masking System. (Pro-Trim® is a fabric frame covering that aesthetically enhances the appearance of the installation while absorbing light that surrounds the viewing area.)
